What’s Your Angle?
The other week Ben gave me a brief run-down on how a Moka pot works and then let me borrow one of his. I believe my exact words were something along the lines of, “Holy crap… It’s like science!”
I will admit that I don’t normally keep espresso beans in my cupboard, so I used regular coffee beans instead. But my uncultured palate couldn’t tell the difference– all it knew was that I was treating it to something real good that took virtually no effort to make.
And, like all good methods of brewing coffee, the darn thing is always begging for its picture to be taken.
